Service Availability and Support

While we strive to maintain high service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. We may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or due to factors beyond our control.

Support is provided during our business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 Central European Time) through the contact methods specified on our website. We aim to respond to support requests within 24 hours during business days.

Limitation of Liability
